I have purchased a direct cool LG refrigerator model no GL-281SMG5 on 16 feb. The door is defected. Local customer care inspector agreed to change it. The dealer is not taking any action on my cmplaints after entering it in his complaint book. He is also annoying when I remembered him about my complaint. What could I do now?
