Dear LG appliances Manufacturer,
I purchase LG refrigerator in the year 2007.In May exactly after 3 yrs.the thermostat cut out was damaged (burnt) as said by the LG representative in BIJAPUR.I lodged the complaint with the dealer where I purchased.
The guy in the shop just noted all the details in a piece of paper & informed me that the LG service man will attend the same. The very next day one guy came & rectified the problem & charged 1000 Rs.for which no receipt/invoice was given.
To my astonishment, another guy called up & said he is the service provider & started to enquire. Since I lodged the complaint with the dealer only, how come the LG dealer has send another person? More over i told them that the warranty is for 5 yrs. The dealer says the warranty is for compressor. Please verify. More over they don't have any brochures to say what costs how much for any replacements. If I knew this is the condition of products what LG is selling I would got rid of it. More over I have a very bad opinion of LG which I will take up shortly with your collobration partner in KOREA.
Kindly note this is a wake up call for you if you don't act.
