I had purchase L.G 0.75 ton window ac from VIJAY SALES on 13-09.it was stateds that they will provide me with 3 free service.
but after installing the ac no engineer came on the side to check it out if installation is done as per norms.when we ask to fill up the gaurantee card they said some one will visit and fill the card.but till date nobody has come to do that.
now we have been after them for quite a long time to do the service but all in vain the response is that the engineer will come and do the needfull, now we are unable to enjoy the cool temparature as the cooling is not their att all
so i will request you to the needfull.
