NOT WORKING WINDOW A/C

Sir, i have purchased two window L.G a/c fro1m Snehanjali electronics&Appliances Pvt L td, 1 Trishul, near era cinema, s.v.road malad west mumbai 64 tel no 022-28884383, 022-28885610 name muskan mihani by cheque payment dated 07-01 after one week there is no cooling in the a/c, 20 more complints registered then they came and pick up and repair it, dated 03-05 again same problem they pick up and repair 12-11 so pls advise me what can i do thanks muskan mihani
