I had purchased a split AC from LG. Supposedly, the company offers 3 free services valid for an year.
I logged a service request on March 10 which has not been answered appropriately as of today. Every weekend the service center associates promise to send a technician, who never turns up.
After repeated calls, one technician visited on Mar 19, however he lied that wet service can not be done in split ACs. He just did so called 'dry service' in hardly 5 minutes and left.
Thereafter, I have been making repeated calls to service center and customer care associates, every time they falsely promise to send someone, but no one turns up.
