AC Drain leakage

Sir,

I have bought a property from Unitech Harmony -Sector -50, Which comes with interiors. One of it is LG 1.5 ton air conditioner. There is some problem with the drain pipe. The LG service engineer is denied to open the A/c citing lack of space above the A/c set and we have to remove our false ceiling in order to open the unit and check the drain leakage.

Please assist me how to handle this. The service engineer was very rude to us and forcing us to remove the ceiling now.
