I inform you that I I bought a Nokia X3 mobile set on13-07-10. EMI no of the Set is 353401045711010. But on 11.07.2011 I show that this mobile set had been some problem. So I brought it to repair this set on your Authorised Service center “ VISION CARE “ ADD: 1/1, HARDUTTA RAI CHAMARIA ROAD, HOWRAH-711101, PH NO. 26662291. But they return me a mobile set on 19.07.2011 which is very old and faulty. They said that this mobile set exchanged by the company. EMI no of this set is 353770045976140. But in this emi no does not match the original EMI no which is shown in BIOS.
I t hink they give me a fault Mobile set. My complain no. is VC/1/01. I am request you to take the immediate action on said service center and return my mobile set. Other I go to consumers forum to take legal action.
