Poor Service

I have been requesting for paid service to attend my Home Invertor. Inspite of numerous call to their call center and fake promise that the problem would be rectified within 48 hours the problem is still unresolved for more than the last 7 days. It has been a harassment for getting the rightful customer service as stated by the company policies.
