Frustating Service from LG

Hello,

We have purchased a LG Jazz TV on 3rd July' 2011 from Vijay Sales from Palm Beach Gallery, Navi Mumbai. While buying they have promised that LG technician will come within 3 days and do a installation, wall mounting and all other services. After 2 weeks gone and several call to the LG customer care still we did not get any service from LG. They have got the money and now least bother to even pick up the phone. Sometimes they gave wrong no/somebody who already left LG such kind of person's phone no. They have crossed just the highest limit of Customer harassment. I will make sure that not even a single friend/ family member will purchase the LG product any more. Call @ 7738038985
