Poor Service - Post sales

I have purchased Reliance Land Line Phone (LGP 450 R) Model. The Phone is still in warranty period.

The quality of Product is so bad that it is stop working.

I have given to LG Borivali - West (Mumbai) Service center on 3rd Sep. They said it will take 3-4 Days.

I have called up on Sep 8th to check the status they said parts are not available and it will take one more week.

As I have Reliance Phone I can not just user another box for temporary, I am facing problem of not having phone.
