No Installation

Hi,

I Purchased a LG 42 inch LCD TV on 14th April and its been 3 days and no one has approached to install the TV. When selling the product they promosed a 24 hour service. This is a pathetic service. They are treating the customer as fools. I have made more than 10 calls to the service center without any luck of a techniciain visit. I will advice all my friends and relatives against buying a LG product
