No replacement during warranty

I have purchased an LG side by side double door refrigerator which is under warranty. The refrigerator has sensor and defrosting issues from day one. I had complained to LG and the service rep who attended it said it could be because of moisture. Now the refrigerator is not cooling or defrosting. I had registered a compaint on 16th. May. LG service centre says it does not have the parts and I would have to wait for more time. The area serice manager was very unprofessional and arrogant saying he cannot do anything and when asked for someone above him, said there is no one else who can help and hung up, I ha e also sent an email to LG but have not received any reponse. This is affecting us as we cannot store any food for our children as we are both working and have to stay at home. LG has bluntly refused a replacement and has said we would have to wait for the parts. This after spending 55, 000 for purchasing a premium produst and all the service pomises whixh is pathetic.
