LG DVD PLAYER
REPAIR/REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY

Respected sir,

I purchased a DVD player of LG from Z Square Mall, Kanpur on 26th July. From 24th august this DVD player (Model no- DV H 426-P) is not working properly. Regarding this matter I have registered complain to LG costumer care through phone on 27th august & my complain no. is RNA 110827014277. I have also called many times to costumer care & concern persons and also registered online complains 3 times but till now I am not getting proper feedback. So please help me in this matter.
