I have a window AC of LG. I have taken an AMC from LG itself. I had requested for the Service of the AC on 01-05. The customer Service provided me a Service Request Number - RNA110501043596.

When there was no action for some 7 days, I again called up the Customer Service. They feigned ignorance and gave me a new Complaint Number - RNA110507098748. Since 07-05, I've been following up with the Customer Service on phone and on mail, but so far there has been no solution.

I'm unable to operate the AC despite the fact that temperature in Delhi have soared up to 44.1 degrees.
