I am a customer of LG electronics since last more than 12 years. I have 3 windows AC at my shop and 2 split AC at my home. Besides I also have other products from LG like washing machince, TV and others. I raised a request for AC servicing twice in last 3 days. The request numbers for them are RNA 120521040327 and RNA 120521040437. Till date no executive have come to my home for servicing. Is this the kind of service LG is offering to its customer. What is the use of being loyal customer of LG if they are not willing to give after sales service.
