LG merely close a complaint because their technician says he cannot rectify it!!
Very unfortunately I bought an LG washing machine cum dryer in Noida in October. For three months now, all efforts to get a problem rectified have failed. I have lost count of the number of complaints I have lodged. On 17th January I finally asked for replacement of the machine (complaint no. RNA 12011701508) but there is still no response. My frustrating experience has been that their customer care service through toll free number is only for sending a technician after a few days who just closes the complaint without rectifying it and their emails id and website only gives system generated response. Their links to indicate unsatisfactory service or invoke the warranty do not work. Their Area Manager only believes in giving false promises and he does not even have the courtesy to inform when he does not plan to meet his assurances. And there is no other contact number that I can go to, apart from these. In fact apparently LG's time commitments are only to fool the customer.
My sincere advice - NEVER buy an LG product
