I HAVE BOUGHT AN L.G DISHWASHER- MODEL-2152WH INVOICE NO: G-295 ON 16-05- 2010 FROM L.G.BEST SHOP LOCATED IN THE GREAT INDIA PLACE MALL, SHOP NO:262-263, SECOND FLOOR, SECTOR-38A, NOIDA..

L.G.BEST SHOP DID NOT HAVE THE DISHWASHER THAT DAY, SO THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITHIN THE WEEK.WHICH THEY DID.

HERE AFTER ALL MY WOES AND TROUBLES BEGAN. AFTER CALLING TO L.G SERVICE CENTER NUMBER MANY TIME NO SERVICE PERSON REPORTED FOR INSTALLATION AND DEMO DESPITE ASSURANCES BY THE DEALER.

FINALLY L.G PERSON CAME ON O6-06.WHEN HE OPENED THE MACHINE CARTON AND FOUND THAT MACHINE WAS DEFECTIVE.THEN HE SAID MACHINE WILL GET REPLACED WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS.BUT FOR A WEEK THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM L.G.SIDE AND SO, WE CONTACTED L.G.BEST SHOP AGAIN.THEN THEY GAVE US NO OF MR.MANISH GUPTA (HEAD OF SALES) WHO WILL LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM.THEN MR.GUPTA SAID SINCE THEY COULD NOT REPLACE THE DISHWASHER THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY WITHIIN A 3 4 DAYS.SINCE THEN REFUND WAS NOT MADE AS PROMSIED.

ALMOST ON DAILY BASIS WE HAVE BEEN MAKING CALLS TO L.G.PEOPLE AND NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THEM.THEY ARE ONLY MAKING ONE EXCUSE AFTER THE OTHER AND DEAYING THE REFUND.

IT’S A KIND A REQUEST TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AND HOPE WE GET OUR MONEY BACK.
