I want to raise a complaint against LG Customer service for harrashing me to get DEMOSTRATION of the newly purchased Washing Machine (Model F8068NDP).
I purchased the Washing Machine on 13th August from Unilet Banashankari branch.
I raised request to give DEMO on 16th August with Request Id RNA110816017971.
I got call from service center person on 17th Aug 11:07AM (from contact no 8553008524) and asked for a suitable time for DEMO. We scheduled it 4PM the same day.
Another person (calling from 9739001640) called me around 3:30PM same day and informed me they will be in my home on the same day (17th Aug only). But no one came, so I called to the number. He informed to come next day (18th Aug) around 1PM.
I called them again and again, but they were providing me on new number every time ti call (like 9739999094), no one came. I have to cancel my emergency work to come to home daily as they are coming in my home.
I called LG Customer care on 20th August and found that my previous request id got already canceled automatically.
I raised my complain again and ask for Bangalore Area manager's contact no, they have given me wrong number. I have not been given the email id to raise complain.
Due to this ridiculous DEMO process, I suffered a lot, every day I am waiting for them to give DEMO in my home, and I missed important meetings at office and could not reach hospital for emergency need.
Why I am suffering by LG persons, they have no right to harrash my professional and personal life. Is it my fault to buy a washing machine from LG, or my fault to asking for a DEMO. If it's my fault, I am ready to return back the product to LG and never buy any product from LG just because I don't to be harrashed like this any more.
