I have been using mt LG fridge since the past 1 and half years. On 4th February it stopped cooling..so i filed a complaint with the LG customer care on 5th February (the complaints number is C1020504695), friday & saturday no one has turned up to look after the complaint. After two days follow up with customer care, a service engineer visited me on 7th February9 and after inspection he told timer needs to change. We told him go ahead but what is relation of coolig with timer, he said fridge is not oing in defrosting mode hence its not get cool as you are not in warranty period you need to pay 527 Rs (196 for timer 300 engineer visit charges 31 Rs Service tax). We paid him charges & he has replaced the Timer but fridge was in same condition. We ask him why its not getting cool? He replied it will take 2-3 hours, if its not getting cool fter 3 hours give me cll i will come. After 3 hours we tried him, he not responded and after half an hour he has switched of the Cell. Today is monday and no one has turned up for same. We really fed with LG services. Pls do not purchase LG product. Its a froud company
