Faulty Split A/C

I have purchased 4 spilt LG ac's from Softkem impex a dealer of lg A/C's on the 6th April 10. The dealer without infroming me got them installed from a private service provider. Out the 4 A/c's one of the has not been working from day one due to gas leakage from the indoor unit. Softkem had made 2 complaints one on the 26th April and one on the 29th April. it has almost been 8 days and my problem has not been solved. I have made several complaints on this complaint have also tried getting in touch with my dealer principal and ashwini & nilesh from lg in mumbai but either there mobile is switched off and they dont respond

Parag from LG has been promsing me a replacement since tuesday 6th April i have also faxed him a copy of my invoice but till date i havent got any response.

if some one share me the head of customer service contact numbers at lg or guide me on how to solve this case i would appreciate.
