It is with a great sense of discomfort that I write this email to you. “Discomfort” because I am the one who had purchased LG LCD TV in the month of October and within 6 months the pixels were burnt and vertical black line was appeared on the TV. We have requested to replace the TV itself, but your service center has declined to do so. Again within 15 days there is a problem with panel. Now 2 " Horizontal yellow patches has appeared on the at the bottom of panel.
The complete failure of products and delivery of service at LG experienced by me during the course of these last two months has SHOCKED me. I wonder at the level of quality control and inspection employed at one of the best companies in the world if it can ship a product which can go faulty in just 6 months.
A company that wants us to Experience the LG Difference with great value, technology and shopping experience has delivered only a “shocking experience”. In these last two months. After looking at service experience, I have lost my excitement I have thought of using a LG TV
Now we'll not accept the replacement of the panel. If your TV goes faulty in 6 months, it shows the quality of the product. Please replace the TV with the new TV, else I will be forced to go to consumer court.
