I would like to register a complaint regarding the shoddy service which LG India provides. I have a AMC for a 1 Ton Split AC and everytime i register a complaint the call is dragged for over 2 to 3 weeks. Each week a new engineer visits the place and does a R&D. They have no stocks and supplies in their regional support center. I am planning to sell my LG Split AC and would like to buy from some other vendor Samsung or Whirlpool.
My experience with LG India is horrible. I will give a thumbs down to thier products and most of all their shoddy service.
