LG Refrigerator Model: 245FADG5FC, Sr No: 5610 purchased from Sony Mony showroom (Prabhadevi) on May 30.Refrigerator purchased which was delivered on 1st June was defective. I had to follow up numerous times via email and phone to resolve the problem. Replacement refrigerator delivered in August is also not functioning properly. There is some problem with the gas and defrost button does not work. I have been repeatedly following up and have had 6 service visits. The first 5 visits could not solve the problem. Thermostat was changed 3 times and gas was refilled once.fridge takes a lot of time for defrost. We have been informed by the senior technician that it may take 4 to 6 hours for defrosting even if same is done on regular basis.
I am not getting any response from their cutomer service or the concerned branch manager who details were shared with me.
I want to know the email id or contact details for their head of customer service for proble resolution
