I had bought a 1.5 ton split A.C last year (Mar ’10) from one of L.G dealers.
Ever since I bought it, I have been facing problems. For the past 2 months I have been chasing customer care department local service centre etc for getting the problem resolved. Till date the problem with the A.C continues despite 5-6 visits by service engineers taking the A.C to workshop as well.
Even correspondence with Samir Dhimani & Nikita Lohia (both Service Department employees with L.G India) has not been fruitful.
In the absence of a working A.C during the entire summer, my family (1 year old boy & wife) had to undergo hardship.
Over the past 15 months I had switched to L.G, from being a samsung loyalist. I already have a 42” LCD t. V washing machine by L.G. The current experience is making me have second thoughts about decision to move to L.G.
FYI - The problem with my A.C continues as I write this complaint
