I have purchased a refrigerator model 295 TTG4 from US Shoppe, B-3/62, Ground Floor, Janak Puri, New Delhi - 58 vide invoice no. 4543. From the begining itself I have been facing serious deficiencies in the functioning of the product. Cooling in the lower section of the refrigerator is practically non existant and the Refrigerator is working / cooling only off & on basis only. I have been chasing LG India Customer Service Dept. for last several months on regular basis but to no avail. All my complaints filed on the toll free number have failed to elicit any responce from the Company. Even e-mals sent by me at [email protected] has failed to wake LG India out of its slumber. Despite ll efforts I have not recieved a single revert either on my phone (09810850680 & 09873800475) or on my e-mail ([email protected] & [email protected]).
