Faulty Product and Pathetic After Sale Service

I purchased a Frost Free Refidgerator Model 295 TTG4 on 23/09 from U S Shoppe, B-3/62, Ground Floor, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058. Soon after couple of months of purchase, cooling in the lower section deteriorated / decreased. The problem became severe in May9 and I telephonically lodged a complaint on 18001809999, however no one from LG India bothered to visit my residence and rectify the problem. I have filed several complaints, but I have failed to get any kind of responce from the LG India. Details of my complaints are as under:

Still there was no responce from the Company. I filed my next complaint on the web site of LG India vide complaint number 1206200952678 through on line complaint system hoping that at-least now I will get a responce and My complaint would be rectified. But surprisingly, despite filing an On Line Complaint on the web site of LG India, they are sleeping in arrogance and have not bothered to address my genuine grievance. Due to the pathetic quality of LG Product and still worse After Sale Service, I have decided not buy any LG Product in future and I would like to advice others to also shun LG Products.
