COOLING IMPROPER

The cooling system of my refrigerator has been down for the past 2 weeks. I lodged a complaint for which the call centre guy assured me help within 24 hrs, and even after 3 days nobody came. On the 4th day I contacted the toll free no., and got a response saying that i personally contact the local service centre. After contacting them a technician came the next day, saying there aren't enough technicians. After checking he said that the board has to be changed. They said that they have booked it and I will get it fixed within 6 days. Now when I contact them, they still haven't received it.

If this is the kind of service that you provide your 'valued ' customers, how can people recommend your products? Or you dont care about it?
