Very Bad and Poor Service

I bought a 1.5 ton LG Split AC 3 years back and took AMC through the company, in last six months i am facing one problem or other in working of the AC. Each time i have to run from pillar to post to get it repaired. One week back again the AC broke down and i made a complaint to LG service centre as usual the response was our system failure we cannot register your complaint please try after 2 days again i tried to register my complaint after lot of delibaration they finally registered my complaint. An engineer visited after several calls and told us that the gas needs to be filled up, incidently this is the third time i am facing this problem. He told us our people will come the next day to fill the gas. Till date no one has turned up, inspite of several calls to the service centre the standard reply is that our engineer will get in touch with you with in next 24 hours. so many 24 hours have passed no response from them. Hope atleast a single responsible staff will look into this to set my AC repaired.

I NEVER THOUGHT THAT THIS WILL BE THE SERVICE STANDARD OF LG.
