Epeated malfunction inspite of taking to the customer care

Sir,

i am astudent and i purchased a LG KP 199 on 15-2.since april i have been suffering due to the mobile.twice the main speaker had to be changed and once the loud speaker.after that sice last two months the mobile is getting switched off frequently.i took it to the service centre-S.A.INFOSYS.on 16-12.they told everything is ok after updating the software but after coming home i found that the same problem is persisiting.i again took it yesturday ie 18-12.this time also they touched up the LCD and updated the software and said the problem would not occur anymore.but to my utter dismay i found that the same problem is persisiting.so this time i thought of giving a complaint because time is precious for me and i cannot afford to go and sit in the service centre for hours together.the second most annoying thing that i found was that for any article that is asked they say stock is not there whether it is a small headset or a phone cabinet.if this is the response of your service centre then i am sorry for the state of your after sale service of your company towards the customer.
