LG KS660 mobile phone
Touch screen frezes and does not always respond also messages get mixed up

I purchased a LG KS660 mobile phone in January from Cell World 51/109 ground floor Nova Citade commecial complex, Povorim, Goa.

And took it back to the UK I have had nothing but problems with the touch screen failing to respond and the messages getting mixed up from inbox to outbox and failing to send. The phone did work for a short period. I have e mailed LG India without any responce. This is not good enough for a well known company like LG. The phone was not cheap at over 9000 rps.
