I registered a complaint in the name of Mrs. Kavita from mobile no 9331141466 regarding some problem in my LCD on 24.06.2011 vide complaint no RNA110624072373.The engineer visited and said that a part needs to be replaced which would be available in about 7 days. But the problem has not been resolved yet. Again on calling the customer care several times finally they gave another complaint no RNA110706036288 on 06.07.2011 whereby they said that the matter will be looked upon within 24 hrs but even after about 36 hrs i am yet to receive a feedback from the company.
