I have bought LG 22" LCD TV in the mth of Oct09 - a mth back and the television is no more in the operative mode in span of mth.
Several complains have been lodged but in vain there is hardly any action on it. Every I call center referring to the complain - they relodge the complain with the fresh complain id. Again the service executive visits guages the complain and returns back without any traction on the result - referring that there is issue with panel board and the same thing gets repeated with new service executive.
The first complain was lodged on 15Nov09 and subsequent complains referrring non resolution of the said issue on 23rd, 26th and so on.
Its been really a pain as I am neither able to use the TV from almost past fortnight and above it need to run off from office to attend the service executive.
The television needs to be replaced as many executives have already tried various resolutions
Kindly get quick traction on the said issue without any further delay and avoid further harassment.
