Dear Sir

I have purchased LG make LCD TV 5 months back. my LCD is not working & therefore I complaned through the TOLL FREE NO on dt17.07.2011 bearing complain no-RNA110717073841. The service center repersentative came on the next day EVENING and informed that parts needs to be replaced. He told that it will be repaired in TUES DAY (dt19.07.2011) morning at 9pm.but yet not attain.so that contact to Mr. B.C.CHAKU Yet not pick up my phone.

We are really disappointed with our decision for going with LG but we find the after sales service to be very very bad as there is absolutely no response for the service from your engineers and they francise.
