Led tv not working
our led tv we bought on 26 JAN is not working since one MONTH, we had given complaint by complaint number RNA110319082984 on 19/02 and the service center agent is telling us since that it will be repaired, he check the tv and told we need to change the tv, and again we follow up for change/replacement of led, but no positive steps were taken..we calledup repeatedly, lastly they told they will refund money.but till today we havnt got any response..so i request you to take a positive step urgently or we will go to the consumer court...
