Indoor unit louver movement not functioning

Dear Sir,

Since installation the air flow internal unit shutter swing is not functioning. The air conditioner is not in use as the complaint not yet attended by the LGservice unit/Ambigai service unit at madurai. Inspite of repeated call over phone the maintance wing at madurai says that this is being a new model the roller is not availlable which is to be arranged by the manufacture.

The above complaint should be attended immediatly.
