I have bought one LG Microwave From Aditya Vision, Kajpura Rajabazar on 26-Jul for Rs.10, 600/-
Last month it started fiving Error 10 /9. We have lodged complaint and the next day one service eingineer came and told that one part is to be replaced.
After lots of followup he came after one week with the part but the problem persisted. After R & D he could temporary solve the issue but again after an hour same problem began.
Again we have lodged complaint but the service engineer came after 4/5 days.
He also could not resolve the issue and the equipment is lying out of order.

In this situation what can I do. Whether I should go to consumer forum or throw away the equipment in the shop.
