Not yet get the Diwali offer Gift

Dear Sir,

I purchased a LG microwave oven (30 Ltr) model no. LG MWO MC 8087ABR on 23 Oct from Reliance Mart Kharadi Pune.

Cash Memo no. C9608 #0030 Dated 23 Oct. According to LG Diwali offer ONE trio Set Bowl is free with microwave oven (30 Ltr)

but till date I did not receive the same gift. After contacting the Reliance Mart official they are not giving any suitable answer or date. I have wasted a lot of time but still all in vain.
