Hi,

I had logged a complaint with the lg service care center in the 7th sept till date there is no repair done of the product. The service engineer mr kiran came the next day and before opening the product he said that one part has to be replaced and took Rs 200/- as service visit for which he did not give any receipt. tried taking the matter to his manager he gave me a number which does not exist. Again called the lg call center they gave me the number of MS service center, the person sitting at the center only knows how to put the phone on hold and no resolution received. Again i called the lg call center they gave me the number of mr sayyed (lg customer care engineer), this gentleman never picks up the call. Called the lg center again they shared me the number of mr swapnil (LG area sales manager), this gentleman also never picks up the phone. The call center was tired of giving me excuses and told me that they were unable to provide any further assistance of any seniors number. After all this one day the engineer mr kiran came home brought one part and then said this part is ok some other part has gone faulty and that need replacement. such a POOR and PATHETIC SERVICE.

What kind of service is this? the sales team is not bothered of after sales, the service team is not owning responsibility for the servicing the product... consumer made the mistake of buying the product from LG. ALL FELLOW CONSUMERS... BE CAUTION WHEN CHOOSING THE PRODUCT WITH POOR SERVICE.
