Lg microwave oven, mc 8087 abr
Heating problame

I have purchased on 25.07.10, after giving complan, service engineer agreed to to replace the oven. At the time of replacement, the new oven gave same probalame.so they agreed to rfound the money.so far i have not received the money.i have lost faith on lg service.
