Sub: Poor performance of LG microwave oven model no: MC 7148MS and Pathetic response from LG Service team.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
It is with great distress and unhappiness that I have to mention that I have bought the above referred Microwave oven through one of your agency by the name of M/s Key Dee Electronics situated at Sector 18 Noida. This purchase was done in the name of Mr. Harsh Bhola R/o Flat No 842, Second floor, Sector 29 Noida. This oven which is not even 2 years old has started making problems. I have been suffering deficiency of service and problems / defects in the Oven, which are set out below:
1) At the point of purchase, we were been told a lot about LG as a brand, its service network and goodwill in the present market. This is what has insisted us to buy this produce over and above its competition.
2) That on 24th of November it stopped working within just two years and complain was logged on 26th of November at your LG Customer Care Centre (1800 180 9999). We were told by the LG executive that it will be rectified within 24 to 48 hrs. She also share that one of our service adviser will call you to solve this issue.
3) That nobody turned up to help us. After repeated call from our side with the urgency to repair the oven one of your service personal came but he was unable to solve the problem. We requested him that we have a marriage at home and fixing this Microwave oven is very important at this part of time. He promised at he will come again with his senior to fix the same and never show up again.
4) As we got busy in wedding functions, same time thinking that LG will help us in solving our problem but nothing happened. We were shocked on 8th of December when I called up again at LG customer care to check the status. The executive there told us that our service person was unable to reach you so your repair request has been declined by LG service.
5) I immediately logged the complaint again on 8th of December and again requested LG service team to fix our oven.
6) That I am chasing the LG service team since 26th November till date and made lot of calls (you can surly check your system for that) but did not got any positive response/ action from your side.
7) I was also given the Name and mobile of Miss Pooja Mathur 9811354152 saying that she is a part of higher management and will surly help you. We requested her on 8th December and got the assurance she will personally look into the matter but nothing happened.
8) Again I requested Miss Pooja Mathur at 9811354152 on 10th of December for the same but there was no response from LG side
9) It seems/ shows like LG has no value for their existing product owners and is unfit to provide after sales service to them. We were shown/told wrong stories/ pictures at the time of purchase and thus LG agents have cheated is on this part. I do not want to use LG product anymore nor will I suggest the same to anyone. I will be thankful if you kindly compensate for the harassment and inconvenience caused by you.
