BATTER PROBLEM

I bought LG KP500 mobile phone from M/S Smart Telecom, Malad, Mumbai-400097, on 17/01.

IMEI NO 352701031590489

BATTERY NO S/N 909IPLR159048.

I am not satisfy with LG KP500 mobile & its battery& software. Its battery not work properly.after charging its discharged within 2-3 hours without any use. Sometimes it suddenly show as full, sometime low. I gone to mobile care for the same problem for 2-3 times, but they could support me. Also its software not support.

I did not get desirable and suitable response from the service center.

Pls look into this matter.
