HI, I brought a LG handset 10 months ago, the handset got switched off afetr 3 months and i was not able to put it on back. i had given it for servicing and the reason they told was software needs to be updated. Then again afetr 3 months got the same problem again, the reason the service center guys gave was the same software update. now again last month i got the same problem when i went to them and gave for servicing, this time they say motherboard is gone, and it costs 2000 rupees, were as the cost of handset is 1800 rupees.
The serivce center (LG service center, jayanagar 4th block, banaglore) guys also cheated my mother as she can not read english, though she asked what was the problem they did not expalin orally and asked her to sign on a paper where they have written that the mother board needs to be replaced.
Now, when i claim that i need a replacement of the set or my money back, the agent from whom i purchased the moblie says, that they have written on the service chart that there is physical damage, so cannot be replaced. But when my mother asked the service center guys they never told her orally what was the problem.
Please give me a solution to my problem as its not even 1 year i have purchased the handset and the warranty period is 1 year, still there is no good response from the LG service center guys.
I expect a solution by 2 days, else i will go to consumer court for justice.
