Handset problem

I purchased a LG mobile KS360 on 9th november from a shop in borivali. mobile IMEI no. is 352074035464121. the handset is not working properly and am facing following problems since the date of purchase:

1. the functioning of the phone is very slow.

2.keys dont work properly.

3.i dont hear the ring when i call someone.

4.the phone stops functioning frequently and hangs.

i have shown the handset to LG service centre for about 7-8 tyms in last 7-8 months. they rectify the problem everytime but within 14-15 days the problem occurs again. Dey have replaced parts of d handset each time i have approached them. Dey even replaced the handset once but the problem is still the same even with the new handset.the IMEI no. of the replaced one is 352074035952059. The service centre people have shown their incapability to provide a permanent solution. I have even registerd a complaint on the LG website but their is no response from them.i think there is some serious problem with the handset and needs to be sorted out. Such defective type of products are not expected from LG.i request the company to give me a proper solution to the problem before the warranty period ends.
