I have purchased LG Mobile set Model No. C-2500 from mobile store Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi. The IMEI No on bill and back side of the mobile set is 357989-00-481454-0 but the IMEI number which is being displayed by the set on dialing *#06# is 135790246811220.
As a result of this mismatch between IMEI numbers all the out going calls have been barred since 1300 Hrs on 29.11.2009
As Your company is branded such types of mistakes leads to customer trouble.
Therefore you are requested to do the needful at the earliest.
