Bluetooth & laptop donnectivity using USB not working

Hi,

I have purchased LG RD 9800 CDMA mobile one week ago. I am not able to connect to my PC or laptop using the USb connectivity. Even the bluetooth connectivity is also not working..pls do the needful at the earliest.
