I appreciate the prompt reply for the mail I have sent but, considering the fact that the reply and wait time I am getting annoyed, the actions taken for this mail as I have been In the service dept myself and considering the time taken to resolve the issue from 23 November 4:37:09 PM for your rely mail on 6 December 3:38:46 PM and even now the issue has not been resolved as per your False promises made, and not kept up to, therefore, I am hereby forced to take up this issue seriously, I am also tired calling Mr. Sadiq Khan and with no reply or has not have the courtesy to call back even when called.
There has not been 1% of customer centricity when LG claims to be one of the best customer centric company may be you do not take the Indian customers seriously, then I hope you stop doing business in India This mail shows a customer agony and pain and is not to threaten or hurt any bodies feelings.
Consider this mail seriously and take necessary action before things take a bad turn.
