Chiller plate not properly placed

Chiller plate is not placed properly from the very beginning, and we are complaining since we purchased, but no one is taking proper action.

last complaint number is:- RNA110317017088, date 16th march at 12 noon.

You are requested to replace our fridge as soon as possible because this fridge is initially defective.
