I am Niranjan an user of LG Refrigerator which I bought a year back, stopped working suddenly... I logged a complaint against it and got a call from the customer service telling that an engineer will visit and fix the problem... he did come and said that it needs to be replaced... since it is under the warranty period so we called up the no. given by the customer service for the replacement... it has been over 2 months and the only responce that I get is that the Model is out of stock... I am facing such an inconvinience which is now becoming untoreable for me because of the pathetic service of LG... This is the first time that I have purchased a LG product and the experience is so awful that it is the last time as well for me to purchase any LG product... I am highly dissatisfied with the service and will never recommend anyone to buy LG product.
