I have bought a Lg refrigerator Model no GL -479GXD4 on the 13th June and the ice cubes from the ice cubes were not coming out after twisting the tray according to the instructions in the manual we made a complain and after 8 days they replace the tray saying it was faulty but still we have the same problem the ice cubes form well but do not come out of the tray i would like to know if anyone else is having the similar problem or will LG solve this problem ..
