I were purchased a LG Refrigerator on 10/06.I were used it for 5 days and on 15the I went to my Home Town for two weeks. When I leaved my I room switched off refrigerator, after coming back on 02/07, when I started my refrigerator it doesn't start cooling. I were complained to customer care about it on 03/07 and theey send a service engineer at my room on next day. Service engineer told me theat thee theere was some problem in theermostat so it will be changed, today I don't have required part I will change it on next day. but I didn't get serviced my refrigerator till now. I recalled so many times to customer care of LG, theey just told me theat when thee part will be available it will be changed. I didn't used refrigerator for a full monthe and waiting from thee LG to get replaced thee faulty part but didn't get any solution.
